Returns & Exchanges

Every Blendit order is carefully checked and inspected before shipping. If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

Before Your Order Ships

We carefully inspect every item before shipping to make sure your order leaves us in excellent condition.

If you need help choosing the right product, color, gift, or bundle before ordering, contact us at support@blenditlb.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Lebanon Orders

For orders delivered within Lebanon, exchange requests may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, complete, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and included items.

The customer is responsible for delivery fees related to exchanges, unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged due to an issue from our side.

International Orders

Because international shipping, return shipping, customs, and duties can be very costly, we currently do not offer standard exchanges for international orders due to change of mind, color preference, incorrect product choice, or gifting preference.

International return requests may be reviewed case by case. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend contacting us before placing an international order if you need help choosing the right product.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@blenditlb.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we will guide you with the best solution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the case.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened or used matcha products
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Personalized gift notes or custom gift wrapping services
  • Gift cards / eGift cards
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Final sale or clearance items, when clearly marked

Portable Blender Warranty

Blendit portable blenders include warranty coverage as stated on the product page.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage caused by immersing the motor base, improper charging, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

If you are facing an issue with your blender, please contact us and include a short video showing the problem so we can guide you properly.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request support, email us at support@blenditlb.com with your order number and details.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving confirmation. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
