How to use your Fresh Health Juice by Blendit.

Learn how to charge, use, clean, and care for your 500ml Blendit portable blender safely — so you can enjoy smoothies, juices, matcha drinks, protein shakes, and healthy blends on the go.

Before your first use

Wash the bottle before using it. Fully charge the blender before the first use. Never soak or submerge the motor base in water — wipe it carefully and dry it well.

🔋 1. Charging instructions

  1. Make sure the blender is correctly assembled/closed.
  2. Open the charging port cover.
  3. Connect the USB-C charging cable.
  4. Charge fully before first use.
Light guide:
Red light = charging
Green light = fully charged
Important: The blender will not operate while charging. The battery may be shipped partially charged for safety, so fully charge it before your first use to help preserve battery life.

🔒 2. Safety lock & alignment

The 500ml Blendit has a safety lock to prevent the blades from operating unless the bottle is correctly attached to the base.

  • Make sure the 500ml marking is approximately aligned with the light/power button on the base.
  • If it is not aligned correctly, the blender will not operate.
  • The light may flash red when the bottle is not properly attached.
  • When the bottle is correctly aligned, the blender is ready to use.
To start blending, double-click the power button quickly. One click alone will not start the blender.

🥤 3. Best blending method

  1. Add liquid first.
  2. Add soft ingredients next.
  3. Add frozen fruits or ice last.
  4. Do not overfill the bottle.
  5. Close the bottle correctly and align it with the base.
  6. Double-click the power button quickly to start blending.
Each blending cycle runs for approximately 30 seconds. Repeat the cycle if needed for thicker blends.

▶️ 4. Operating tips

  • Tilt the bottle gently while blending for a smoother consistency.
  • For frozen fruits, always add enough liquid.
  • Cut large ingredients into smaller pieces before blending.
  • If the blender stops, check the ingredients, battery level, and bottle alignment.
Do not force the blender if ingredients are stuck. Stop, remove stuck items carefully, add more liquid if needed, then restart.

🧼 5. Cleaning & maintenance

  1. Wait until the blades fully stop.
  2. Add water and a drop of dish soap.
  3. Close the blender and turn it on for easy cleaning.
  4. Rinse the bottle carefully.
  5. Wipe the base and dry well before storing.
Do not use: steel wool, abrasive sponges, gasoline, acetone, or corrosive liquids.
Important: Never soak or submerge the motor base in water. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

🌿 6. Storage & care

  • Store the blender in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep it away from direct sunlight for long periods.
  • Make sure all parts are dry before storage.
  • Keep the charging port cover closed when not charging.

⚠️ Troubleshooting

Issue Possible reason What to do
Flashing red light Bottle is misaligned or not closed correctly. Align the 500ml marking with the light/power button and close tightly.
Not blending Battery may be low or bottle may not be correctly attached. Recharge fully and check the safety lock alignment.
Blades stuck Ingredients may be too large, too frozen, or there may not be enough liquid. Stop the blender, remove stuck items carefully, cut smaller pieces, and add more liquid.
Stops while blending Bottle may be overfilled or ingredients may be too heavy. Reduce the quantity and restart with enough liquid.
