Warranty Coverage

Blendit provides a limited warranty for the following portable blender products:

• Fresh Juice Blender — 350ml
• Fresh Health Juice by Blendit — 500ml

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Blendit may repair or replace the product, at our discretion, if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect that occurred during normal use.

Warranty approval depends on inspection, proof of purchase, and the nature of the issue.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, or improper handling
• Dropping the blender or physical impact damage
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or cosmetic marks
• Using the blender for anything other than normal food or drink preparation
• Overfilling, blending without enough liquid, or forcing stuck ingredients
• Improper charging or use of unsuitable charging accessories
• Failure to follow the user guide, care instructions, charging instructions, or safety lock instructions
• Water damage or liquid entering the motor base

Important Water Damage Notice

The motor base must never be soaked, submerged, or washed directly under running water.

Water damage includes, but is not limited to, submerging the motor base, spilling liquids into the base, washing the base incorrectly, or failing to dry the product properly after cleaning.

If inspection shows that water entered the motor base, the warranty will be void.

Before Requesting Warranty Support

Many common blender issues are related to charging, safety lock alignment, double-click start, overfilling, or ingredients being stuck near the blades.

Please check the product user guide first before requesting warranty support.

How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty support, contact us within the warranty period at support@blenditlb.com.

Please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A clear photo of the product
• A short video showing the issue
• A brief explanation of what happened

Please do not send the product back before receiving confirmation from Blendit. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Inspection & Decision

Blendit reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Blendit may repair, replace, or offer another appropriate solution depending on product availability and the case.

Shipping or Delivery Costs

For Lebanon orders, the customer may be responsible for delivery fees related to warranty inspection, return, or exchange unless the issue is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect from our side.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees for warranty inspection or return unless otherwise confirmed by Blendit in writing.

Replacement Products

If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement product will be covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by Blendit for portable blenders. Blendit’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution approved by Blendit.

Blendit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to product use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

Changes to This Policy

Blendit may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to products purchased after the updated policy date.
