Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order details.

1. Charge the blender fully before first use.
2. Add liquid first, then your ingredients.
3. Do not overfill the bottle.
4. Close the bottle correctly and align it with the base.
5. Double-click the power button quickly to start blending.
6. Tilt gently while blending for smoother results, especially with frozen fruits.

One click alone will not start the blender.

The blender has a safety lock. If the bottle is not closed or aligned correctly with the base, the light may flash and the blender will not start.

• For the 500ml blender, make sure the marking is approximately aligned with the light/power button.
• For the 350ml blender, make sure the marking is approximately centered between the dots.
• Then double-click the power button quickly to blend.

500ml blender: USB-C rechargeable. Charge it while the blender is correctly assembled/closed. Do not charge the motor base alone.

350ml blender: uses a wireless charging base. Place the blender correctly on the charging base while it is assembled. Do not charge the motor base alone.

Add water and a drop of dish soap, close the blender, then turn it on for easy cleaning. Rinse carefully after.

For deeper cleaning, use the Bamboo & Cotton Cleaning Brush.

Important: Do not soak or submerge the motor base in water. Wipe dry and store in a dry place.

Both the 350ml and 500ml Blendit portable blenders include a 1-year warranty.

Important: water damage caused by soaking or immersing the motor base in water is not covered under warranty.

Yes, selected replacement parts may be available depending on stock, including bottles, lids, and charging accessories.

Yes. Matcha can be prepared hot or iced. For iced matcha lattes, sift the matcha, mix with a small amount of water, then add milk and ice.
