Is this automatic subscription billing?

No. Blendit Matcha Club is currently managed manually through WhatsApp. We remind you and confirm your reorder before any payment or delivery.

What is the member discount?

Members receive 25% off future matcha reorders in all available sizes, including 30g, 50g and 100g. The discount applies to confirmed Matcha Club reorder purchases and does not automatically apply to unrelated products.

Does the discount apply to the first purchase?

No. Your first matcha purchase is made at the regular product price. After joining, you receive your personal Matcha Club code for 25% off eligible future matcha reorders.

Are the goodies guaranteed with every order?

Goodies are surprise extras added to selected future orders when available. They may include samples, small ritual extras, recipes, or early-access perks.

Can I pause or change my matcha?

Yes. You can pause, change from GoMatcha to Umami, choose 30g, 50g or 100g, or adjust your reminder timing anytime by messaging Blendit.
