Shipping Policy

We carefully prepare and inspect every Blendit order before shipping, so your products arrive safely and beautifully.

Lebanon Delivery

We currently deliver across Lebanon. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, holidays, weather conditions, and order volume.

Delivery fees, available payment methods, and delivery options will be confirmed at checkout or through our team when needed.

Pick-up Orders

Pick-up may be available from Baabda, Lebanon. If your order is selected for pick-up, our team will confirm when it is ready and share the pick-up details.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared as soon as possible after confirmation. During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Gift orders, custom gift boxes, handwritten notes, and special wrapping may require extra preparation time.

Payment Methods

In Lebanon, available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, Pick-up payment, Whish, and online payment options depending on checkout availability.

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is coming soon. Once international shipping becomes available, shipping rates, delivery times, and available countries will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Blendit.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ship orders on time, but delays can happen due to courier issues, customs processing, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you follow up where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Blendit is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Every item is inspected carefully before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@blenditlb.com with your order number, clear photos or videos of the item and packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.
