Application

By submitting an application to the Blendit Creator Program, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are applying for consideration as a potential Blendit creator.

You are responsible for ensuring that the social-media accounts, contact information and other information included in your application are current and accurately represent you and your content.

Applying does not guarantee acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Blendit Creator Program.

Blendit reviews applications individually and may consider factors such as:

• Content quality and authenticity.
• Audience relevance and engagement.
• Overall brand fit.
• Content categories and style.
• Public online presence.
• Alignment with Blendit's products and community.

Follower count alone does not determine whether an applicant is selected.

No commercial relationship is created by applying

Submitting an application does not create an employment, affiliate, partnership, agency, joint venture or other commercial relationship between you and Blendit.

You are not considered an approved Blendit creator simply because an application has been submitted or received.

What happens if you're selected

If Blendit wishes to invite you into the Creator Program, you will receive the full private Creator Program Agreement.

That agreement contains the applicable commercial and program details, which may include creator benefits, commission arrangements, performance criteria, referral rules, gifting guidelines, payout procedures and other participation requirements.

You will have the opportunity to review those terms before deciding whether to proceed.

Creator account activation

Participation in the Creator Program begins only after:

• Blendit confirms that your application has been selected;
• you receive and review the private Creator Program Agreement;
• you accept the applicable program terms; and
• Blendit activates your creator account.

A referral link, creator code or other program access provided before final activation does not override these requirements.

Application review and decisions

Blendit may approve or decline Creator Program applications based on its current creator strategy, brand fit, program capacity and other reasonable business considerations.

Blendit is not required to accept every applicant and may choose not to provide detailed reasons for an application decision.

An applicant who is not selected may be considered again in the future.

Communication

By submitting your application, you agree that Blendit may contact you using the contact details you provide for purposes directly related to your Creator Program application.

This may include communication about:

• Your application status.
• Questions about your application or social profiles.
• Selection into the Creator Program.
• The private Creator Program Agreement.
• Account activation and onboarding.

Privacy and application information

Information submitted through the Creator Program application may be used to review your eligibility, communicate with you, manage the application process and help prevent misuse or fraud.

Your information will also be handled in accordance with Blendit's Privacy Policy .

Changes to these application terms

Blendit may update these Creator Application Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the application process, program administration, technology or legal requirements.

The version in effect when an application is submitted will generally apply to that application unless an update is required by applicable law or necessary to protect the integrity of the program.
