
Mixed Berry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Wash the berries and slice the banana.
2. In a blender, add the mixed berries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey (if using).
3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk.
4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
6. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
